On the issues

Education First: Schools as learning sanctuaries, free from external overreach, prioritizing core subjects (reading, writing, math, science) and enriching programs (music, art, PE) to foster creativity and critical thinking for a dynamic world.

Empowering Teachers: Support educators with resources, autonomy, and respect, freeing them from state mandates to deliver a rigorous, student-centered curriculum that inspires academic and personal growth.

Inspiring Curriculum: Ensure age-appropriate, inclusive curricula focused on core competencies (reading, writing, math, science, history, computer skills), with parental input to prepare students for modern challenges.

Transparent Partnership: Uphold parents’ rights as educational guardians, ensuring clear, accountable school operations and policies that reflect community values, aligned with Ringwood’s five-year Strategic Plan.

Fiscal Responsibility: Prioritize student-focused spending on technology, health, safety, and materials, making strategic decisions to maintain financial health despite rising costs, ensuring a strong future for Ringwood.
